We were looking at options for getting our equity; re-finance, home equity loan, selling etc. We looked into cash buyers and this company was the best. We had 2-3 other companies trying to work with us, but the other companies were low ballers. We knew what our home was worth. Viktor was straight forward the entire time. We had an initial offer but after viewing the house in person the offer dropped, but after exploring other options we were able to get very close to original offer. The process took longer than expected but things happen and switching the type of deal midway through probably contributed. What Viktor says is what you can expect. Overall it was a fairly easy and stress free process.

It’s crazy to me the service that this company provides. I talked to Garren about options for selling my house and he just listened and asked questions. By the end of the conversation I was able to figure out what I needed to help me with my foreclosure and divorce situation. He talked to my soon to be ex wife and was able to keep everything civil between us and we actually AGREED on something for once. It could be his deep voice or the way that he is able to communicate and ask questions but after reading a few of these reviews it seems like he is an expert at what he does. We are signing paperwork with our lawyers Monday morning to sell to I will buy house and I couldn’t be happier about the way things turned out.

Matt Williams with Legacy Onset Home Buyer is a lifesaver and miracle worker! I was stuck in between a rock and a hard place. I owed money on my home and was going to go through an eviction process. Matt fought tooth and nail to keep me from eviction. He went toe to toe with my flakey nonresponsive landlord and not only kept me from eviction but saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. Legacy onsets entire team wad amazing they did everything they could to help make our house sale as seamless and comfortable as possible. We were able to use some of the sale money to help arrange payments, for moving companies and uhauls, and they wonderfully kept checking in to make sure we were alright, and ask if there was any help they could provide. Selling our house through LEGACY ONSET we buy houses was the most fantastic way to sell Real estate. The contract was very clear what they said they’d do. They did what they said they’d do and then some. Karen the Transaction Coordinator was on top of all the transaction details. I loved this house for 27 years and raised my 4 children and 25 foster kids that came and went! We bought it new, especially loved the custom bookcases that my father built for me, filled them all with books! We hated to leave my bookcases and donated all my books to Friends of the Library in Silverdale. We downsized and I miss the huge pantry most! I Will Buy House made us an offer before we listed it or fixed it up to sell, and they gave us as much time as we needed to move, they were helpful and let us leave whatever we couldn’t move or get rid of.
